Dr. Andrew S. ComleyLower Limb Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr Comley is a Fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeon who treats Hip, Knee and Shoulder conditions. He has a particular interest in joint preservation surgery of the hip and knee including cartilage/meniscus repair and limb realignment (osteotomy) but also joint replacement procedures when joint damage is more advanced. Dr Comley specialises in anterior approach total hip replacement and was an early adopter of robotic knee surgery. He has extensive experience in the use of Robotics for minimally invasive knee replacement surgery.

Dr Comley also specialises in sports injury surgery and performs a wide range of knee and shoulder sports injury surgery including arthroscopy, ACL reconstructions and rotator cuff repairs. He works very closely with local sports physicians, physiotherapists and sports trainers, assisting them to diagnose and treat players thereby facilitating a rapid return to sport.

Dr Comley consults in Gawler, Tanunda, Glenelg and the Wakefield Orthopaedic Clinic in Adelaide.
